Do you send the email for me?+
No — Outflow sends through YOUR own inboxes: Gmail over OAuth or any SMTP server you connect. You keep full ownership of your sending domains and reputation; Outflow just runs the sequencing, warmup and safety on top.
What inboxes can I connect?+
Gmail / Google Workspace via one-click OAuth, and any SMTP + IMAP mailbox (Outlook, Zoho, your own domain, etc.). Sends rotate across all of them within each inbox's daily and hourly caps.
How does warmup work?+
When you connect a new inbox its daily cap starts low (around 5/day) and steps up each day until it reaches your configured limit. It runs automatically in the background — no separate warmup tool needed.
Will this actually land in the inbox?+
No tool can promise the primary tab, but Outflow removes the usual reasons you miss it: it checks SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warms new inboxes, spaces out sends, and auto-pauses a campaign if bounces spike. You bring good copy and a clean list; Outflow protects the sending.
What happens when someone replies or bounces?+
A reply auto-pauses that lead's sequence and lands in one unified inbox. A hard bounce suppresses the address automatically so you never hit it again — and if a campaign's bounce rate crosses ~5% it auto-pauses to protect the domain.
Is the AI opener required?+
No. It only runs if your template uses the {{ai_opener}} variable and an AI key is configured. Warmup, checks, A/B, tracking and sequences all work exactly the same without it.
Do you keep me compliant?+
Every email carries a physical mailing address and a working one-click unsubscribe link (RFC 8058). Unsubscribes and bounces are suppressed going forward, and you can block whole domains too.
